Information Technology Support Specialist

I T support London - Hybrid JD and must have- Demonstratable on-prem Active Directory or Azure Active Directory/EntraID experience – must have Creating and managing groups, contacts, distribution lists and mailboxes – must have Mac software and hardware support Windows software and hardware support Strong in at least one windows/mac and at least competent with the other – must have Microsoft Office support, especially Outlook, OneDrive/Sharepoint – must have Atlassian admin experience (Jira/Confluence) - desirable Demonstratable familiarity with at least one endpoint management/MDM solution, preferably Intune / Endpoint / SCCM or Jamf – must have Demonstratable foundational network skills and understanding.
Subnets, VPN, router configuration – must have Demonstratable experience writing user guides and documentation – must have Excellent communication skills
