Information Technology Service Delivery Manager

One of our telecommunications clients located in South Wales is on the hunt for a Service Delivery Manager to support the management team, ensuring that projects run smoothly and all things are on track for a timely delivery.

Essential Experience:
Co-ordinating project schedule, budget, problems and risks.
Communicating with various departments and seniority of stakeholders.
Managing process documentation.
Providing administrative support between the project manager and the project team.
MUST HAVE ITIL Experience/Qualification Role: Service Delivery Manager Contract Length : 3 months
IR35 Status: Outside IR35
Location : Monmouthshire, South Wales (3 days onsite, 2 Remote)
Start Date : 2nd January
Rate : £250 per day
Interviews: 28/29th December
