Income Recovery Specialist

We're excited to be looking for 4 new Income Recovery Specialist to join our busy Income team in Bracknell.These positions will be for 12 month fixed term contracts only. You'll contact customers who have fallen into arrears, investigating the circumstances around this, negotiating repayment agreements and signposting them to internal and external support if required.Collaborative working and communication skills will all be essential as you'll work with a range of stakeholders from DWP, debt advice organisations and internal welfare support colleagues to make sure our customers receive the support they need.An awareness of relevant housing legislation will be a must as you'll prepare legal documents and represent Abri in court in support of possession of our properties.
