In-House Counsel

Client: Systematic Investment Manager Location: London, UK Role: In-House Counsel - Funds Experience: 3-7 years PQE Our Client, a well respected systematic business in London, is looking for a strong private practice funds Associate to join the team.
The role will cover a range of remits including, but not solely, the following: New fund formation Investment advisory, distribution and brokerage agreements Fund regulatory advisory (EMIR, MiFID, UCITS, AIFMD) Experience: 3-7 years PQE - in a recognised private practice Funds Team Track record of fund formation, negotiation of investment mandates and side letters European and US regulated funds and securities knowledge 1-2 years' experience in house would be highly desirable
