Client Implementation Consultant Hybrid: Cambridge, UK Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 Above and Beyond is proud to be partnering with Risilience to recruit a Client Implementation Consultant to join them in their mission to help tackle climate change; one of the biggest systemic threats facing the planet today.
Their unique SaaS modelling and analytics platform enables their clients to assess their climate related compliance analytics, navigate their pathway to Net Zero and perform scientifically based cost benefit comparisons of emission reduction strategies versus their risks.
As many companies make their commitments to net zero greenhouse gas emissions, Risilience aims to help them report on their disclosure obligations (e.g.
TCFD, CSRD), and plan and guide their execution of transforming to a more sustainable business model.
They have a blue-chip client base with a growing list of globally recognised brands.
Their software platform along with their advisory services helps companies produce climate-related analytics to navigate their pathway to net zero and sustainable business practices.
The company is headquartered in Cambridge UK, and this role is hybrid with 3 days per week based at their office near the Cambridge train station.
Role Details The Client Solutions team serves as the face of the organisation to their growing client base and ensures that all commercial projects are a success.
Client Advisory & Implementation Specialists often are the first touchpoint for their clients, educating and advising them whilst delivering projects tailored to their needs and stage in their sustainability journeys.
In projects that help their clients become active users of Risilience products, Client collaborate with stakeholders to initially configure and customise their platform and train them in ongoing usage.
This first interaction, culminating in climate risk analytics and narratives bespoke to the client's business, ensures a smooth onboarding onto the platform.
This role will also be expected to use the Risilience platform to execute custom risk analytics projects to meet more targeted client needs.
In these situations, deliverables may include Excel or presentation-formatted analytics and narratives.
In all projects, Solution Specialists provide quality control on the input data and modelling results, present the analysis to the clients, and advise on how to interpret the analysis and how to make the analysis actionable for the business.
Solution Specialists collaborate closely with their Product and Environmental Analytics teams, either working together to execute joint client projects or providing client feedback to inform future product enhancements.
Main Responsibilities: The role involves acting as a primary contact delivering Risilience projects to their clients, which includes: Responsibility for the delivery of client projects, from kick off to completion Execute on project plans with revisions as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scope Data management, interpretation and narrative building using Risilience solutions Facilitate complete and accurate client data gathering, for input into the Risilience platform Ensure Risilience models are accurately parameterized to reflect the client's specific business risks and opportunities Effectively present complex modelling output data and methodologies, as well as business insights and narratives, to a variety of client audiences Development of subject matter expertise on Risilience models and solutions Gain in-depth technical understanding of the Risilience models Develop and deliver effective client workshops and training sessions to guide and empower clients to utilise Risilience solutions Become a trusted advisor by demonstrating your understanding of the client's goals and business objectives Offer technical advisory to clients throughout the project duration Solicitation of feedback from clients to improve our solutions Identify improvements to aid self-sufficient client usage of our platform Raise and resolve software bugs and issues with the development team Assist with testing system developments and deployments Essential Skills/Qualifications: Experience interacting with customers (businesses, governments, or society), working in sustainability, climate change, economics, or risk.
A motivated self-starter with experience leading projects with good time-management, multi-tasking, and organisational skills.
Technically oriented, with natural aptitude for problem-solving, data interpretation and strong attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences using written and verbal skills.
Educated to at least an undergraduate degree level or equivalent professional experience.
Flexible and willing to adapt and learn new skills, as necessary.
Desirable Skills: An understanding the current sustainability regulatory landscape, including TCFD, IFRS, and CSRD.
Experience working with clients as part of a consulting or SaaS technology organisation.
