As a Kitchen Team Member you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen working alongside a fantastic and welcoming team.

A little bit about what you will be doing: Actively share ideas opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and menus Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards Run a smooth and efficient service Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.
Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
Prepare and present menu items showing variety and flair within the cost margins specified by the hotel.
Perform prepping of food and kitchen porter duties.
Keeping the KP area clean and tidy.
Ensure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage.  Have stock control procedures implemented and maintained.
Keep all working areas clean and tidy.  Ensure all equipment is maintained serviced and cleaned.  Report any problems to the Management Must be available to work scheduled shifts within the hours of 05:30am 10:00pm Qualifications : Previous experience as Kitchen porter or Kitchen Team Member is prefered but not essential.
Should be able to MultiTask.
Can prioritise tasks.
