Talent Coordinator: your roles and responsibilities
Assist Recruitment Consultants by sourcing suitable candidates.
Find suitable candidates using various tools – job boards, Konker's database, and LinkedIn.
Assess these candidates through phone, online, and face-to-face interviews.
Educate candidates on current market trends and the recruitment process.
Marketing – increase yours and Konker's exposure by having a presence online (LinkedIn) and by networking at industry specific events.
Collaborate with others in the office to consistently improve processes and results.
General administration in relation to database management, updating spreadsheets and email correspondence.
