As the Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the operations and production teams.
The product is technical and therefore we need a numerical, self-motivated individual who can learn quickly and has a high level of accuracy.
Responsibilities for a Sales Administrator (but not limited to) Processing and placing orders.
Customer Service: Respond to daily email enquiries and calls from customers, maintaining high resolution standards and a professional, empathetic approach.
Administrative Tasks: Execute daily administrative duties to facilitate efficient order fulfilment, keeping KPIs in focus.
Producing detailed reports on Excel.
Providing detailed quotations.
Ability to interpret date, designs and drawings.
