My client, a growing professional services business is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to help manage the HR function and help drive their HR operations forward.
What we're looking for: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Experience working within an IT company or a software environment Provide first-line HR support to staff and management on policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.
Assist with performance management, absence tracking, and employee wellbeing initiatives.
Ensure HR compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
What we're looking for: Previous experience in an HR support role, ideally within an SME or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of employment law and HR processes.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to haves Exposure in dealing with HR cases, such as grievances.
