CRS are currently assisting our renewables client in sourcing a full time HSE Lead / Practitioner, to join the team at the offices in Lancaster.

The HSE Lead / Practitioner will be representing the Company whilst providing monitoring, management and practical assistance for internal HSE requirements.
Previous experience in a manufacturing / engineering environment are highly desired to be considered.
HSE Lead / Practitioner responsibilities: Champion HSE best practice within all areas of the business, especially the manufacturing facility.
Maintain, manage, update the Companys HSE documentation within our QMS and associated documentation.
Maintain HSE compliance objectives against current legislation and standards with a view that all targets are achieved.
To plan, implement and manage HSE internal audits.
Collate and analyse HSE performance data and charts against defined KPIs.
Work with Company and Project requirements to establish HSE requirements Identify relevant HSE-related training needs and deliver / organise training.
Taking a risk based approach to all aspects of the business, generating Risk Assessments and procedures.
Implement and identify training requirements .
Writing technical and management HSE reports as required.
Our ideal candidate will have : IOSH.
Nebosh.
Manufacturing experience.
Extensive knowledge or appropriate qualifications in (OHSAS18001 and ISO45001).
Experienced understanding and usage experience of quality tools techniques; such as 5S, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, and Lean.
Excellent verbal and written communication skill High-level use of Microsoft Office and IT tools HNC or equivalent level of education in a technical or engineering discipline.
