About the role:As a role model of HSE practices, you will lead initiatives to improve safety at Argenta and ensure the site operates within to the standards of a top tier COMAH site.
We are looking for a high performer who can build strong working relationships with colleagues across departments.
As the sole HSE specialist, you will provide governance and oversight on all HSE matters, ensuring high standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with leadership and teams to enforce HSE policies and foster a culture of safety.
About you:You will have experience in a highly regulated pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment and have strong leadership skills.
With a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, you excel in driving change and delivering measurable results.
You will possess excellent relationship-building, communication, and reporting skills.
Naturally energetic and driven, you will have a keen focus on quality and attention to detail, essential in meeting the stringent pharmaceutical regulations we adhere to.
