Hris Consultant - Oracle - Fully Remote

UK's number 1 financial services company who are helping millions of consumers save money and make better financial decisions are seeking a Lead HRIS Consultant with extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion.
This position will require you to lead the Technical and Functional aspects of implementation, optimisation and ongoing support/configurations.
Job Summary: Lead the technical configuration, development and on-going process improvement of HR IT Systems to satisfy business requirements and assure quality throughout the development life-cycle.
Provides technical support and coaching to the HR systems development team.
Undertakes configuration and customisation of the HR System and interfaces, in line with the scope of the role and to business needs Provides detailed technical analysis & impact assessments Acts as a HR systems technical authority to the business providing guidance and advice where necessary Builds strong working relationships with an organisation's internal HR and IT function and 3rd party software providers Ensures that appropriate levels of regression testing to mitigate risks from monthly patch bundles and major release upgrades Identifies potential trends in faults and pro actively drives software improvements Leads projects or service improvements planning, scheduling and monitoring own work within agreed deadlines Experience Needed: Excellent knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM System configuration including HR administration and self service functionality Excellent knowledge of Oracle BI administration and configuration Excellent knowledge Oracle fast formula and workforce structures Excellent working knowledge of payroll systems and processes Experience working with system integration Working knowledge of the Oracle security model Working experience of Oracle Taleo system configuration Strong mentoring and coaching skills Ability to work autonomously Extensive experience in OracleCloud and associated technologies such as Fusion Payroll will be imperative.
Strong Senior Stakeholder communication skills will be needed.
Initial 6 month contract, outside IR35, Fully Remote.
