About the role We are recruiting for x2 HR Administrators with the experience of Generalist HR working in a fast-paced work environment, to join our small local HR team!
As a function, LCCOS HR team covers the HR processes and strategies to attract and retain employees who contribute to the department's overall success within service level agreements and payroll deadlines.
The team has the responsibility for managing all HR related activities which includes recruitment, onboarding, contracts, leavers process and HR administration relating to employee lifecycle functions.
This includes DT transactions, compliance and right to work checks, payroll queries, additional payments, contractual changes and advising and supporting staff with HR procedural queries and other ad-hoc duties.
This is a full-time post working Mon-Fri, hours per week.
The team has a hybrid working pattern with a minimum of 20% on site work (Tuesdays every fortnight).
About you We are looking for candidates who have the experience of working in a Generalist HR Administration role within UCL covering a wide range of responsibilities including managing large volume of recruitments.
The post holder will be comfortable in working in a fast-paced local HR Team and will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and confident in internal and external engagements.
You should have the ability to work proactively to independently and manage own workload within a range of competing deadlines.
You should able to demonstrate a high degree of accuracy in every aspect of work, with strong administrative, numerical and analytical skills.
The post holder should be able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information or personal data, ensuring GDPR compliance.This is an Internal recruitment advert, available to eligible UCL employees only.
