We're recruiting for students to join our HR Placement Programme within our Engineering function.
You'll be working in a progressive HR team and you'll be supporting them to lead on key HR projects, Recruitment and everything in between!
You'll be involved in creating positive change programmes to support our ambition to build a resilient workforce and retain our top talent.
You'll take part in HR activities such as annual appraisals, remuneration reviews, coaching leaders, and championing JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) and Wellbeing initiatives.

Training, development and support for you: Over this 12-month programme, you will have the opportunity to: Gain insight on how our shared services programme works and be involved with the continuous improvement of systems and streamlining queries.
Work on continuous improvement projects Study our framework and processes and look for constant ways to improve these.
This is a fantastic opportunity to hone your commercial, problem solving and people skills, whilst gaining broad exposure to our business.
The transferable skills and experience that you'll gain during this placement; in system/tool usage, teamwork, collaboration, customer service, and commercial thinking, will set you up for a successful career and you'll build a great network of stakeholders, should you apply to EDF after your graduation.

Where you'll work: This placement will be based in our Bristol offices, but we have a flexible working policy, so there is the option to work from home.
Who you are: We are looking for candidates who are on track to achieve, or have already achieved, a 2:2 undergraduate or postgraduate degree in HR, Business or Finance.
You should possess strong technical and analytical skills, along with a genuine desire to learn and develop new capabilities.
A questioning attitude, good teamwork, and effective communication skills are also essential qualities we seek.
