We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Human Resources Coordinator to join our Cambridge team on a hybrid basis.
This role is vital in supporting HR operations, from recruitment coordination to employee engagement, and ensuring efficient HR administrative support.

Key Responsibilities Provide seamless HR operations support, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and records management Coordinate training and development initiatives, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and growth Assist in employee relations, working closely with HR to maintain a positive, inclusive workplace Oversee administrative tasks and support HR systems, ensuring smooth operations aligned with company values and compliance Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Experience: Experience in a similar HR or administrative role, preferably in a regulated industry , ideally within biopharmaceuticals.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an inclusive, service-oriented approach Technology Proficiency: Comfortable with HR information systems and digital collaboration tools Education: Relevant qualifications in HR or administration are valued, but equivalent experience is also welcome Why work at invoX?
