Reed HR are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join my client on an ongoing temporary basis to support the HR Manager with workload.
This role is a mixture of home working and working in the office based in Haslemere, Surrey.
Role purpose: The HR Advisor will manage the day-to-day HR operations ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. This role supports the HR Manager in executing companywideHR initiatives and serves as a key contact for employees.
Hours: 35 hours a week Monday to Friday with flexi working hoursand a 3.30pm finish on a Friday if you work 1hr 30 mins extra during the week.
Reporting to: HR Manager
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Oversee and manage daily HR operations and duties Lead and coordinate the recruitment process Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance Handle employee relations issues and assist with conflict resolution Manage employee benefits programs and provide information to employees about their benefits Track employee absences and assist managers with supporting employees on leave Organise training sessions, track participation, and assist in developing training materials Assist in designing, distributing, and analysing employee surveys to gather feedback Support the implementation of programs designed to increase employee engagement and retention. Help ensure all HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and adhered to across the organisation Assist in coordinating performance reviews, collecting feedback, and ensuring timely completion of appraisals Assist in the implementation of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs and activities Help organise and manage programs that recognise and reward employee contributions Address employee questions and provide information on HR policies, procedures, and programs Please apply now to be considered!
