Make a real difference in healthcare!We are excited to be growing our HR Team by bringing in our next HR Superstar.Were looking for a HR Advisor who is ready to take their HR career to the next level, in a fast paced and rewarding environment.
We are a provider of general practice, urgent care and community services in collaboration with the NHS.
This role will be based atone of our services in Milton Keynes: Whitehouse Surgery (Dorset Way, Whitehouse, Milton Keynes, MK8 1EQ) or Brooklands Health Centre (Montague Crescent, Broughton, Milton Keynes, MK10 7LN).
Main duties of the job As part of this role the post holder will support our south Networks based from the Midlands down to Cornwall.
The post holder will need to be on site at our services and travel is expected as part of the role.From January March 2025 a significant proportion of time will be spent in Cornwall to support the mobilisation of a new service.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience Experience Essential Substantial experience of providing Employee Relations advice and training, developing and coaching managers in line with best practice and employment law Experience of interpreting policies, procedures and situations in order to identify pragmatic solutions/ recommendations.
Skills and Knowledge Essential Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes Strong analytical and interpretive skills Structured approach to report writing Excellent influencing and negotiation skills Car Driver
