This is a fantastic opportunity in our front line and Fast Paced service, dealing with applicants and residents that wish to obtain advice and assistance with seeking accommodation.
You will lead a team that carries out the initial assessment of their case and the assessment of a housing register application if required.
We are looking for someone with a great attitude, and experience in motivating and ensuring the team they manage are supported, equipped and able to ensure a customer focused service.
This will include providing a front line service to our residents.
You will need strong customer care and communication skills, a practical problem solving approach to your work, the ability to plan and prioritise a busy workload and work independently.
