Job Type: Temporary (3-month initial contract) Location: Nottingham (Hybrid working - 3 days office, 2 days home) Salary: up to £19.74 PAYE OR up to £25.95 Umbrella per hour We are seeking one Housing Patch Officer for a temporary role with the potential for extension.
Ideal candidates will have a robust background in housing management and be adept at handling a variety of community-related challenges.

Day to day of the role: Undertake tenancy and site visits to ensure adherence to housing standards and policies.
Manage anti-social behaviour cases, including attending and contributing to multi-agency meetings.
Conduct joint visits with partner agencies, including social care and the police, to address complex cases.
Handle a variety of inquiries through emails and telephone calls regarding tenancy and estate matters.
Maintain a high level of customer service, providing support and advice to residents.
Required Skills & Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in a housing management team within a local authority or Housing Association.
Comprehensive knowledge of housing management functions including tenancy management, ASB, safeguarding, rents, multi-agency working, and estate work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
Desirable: Familiarity with ReAct ASB case management system (not essential).
Desirable: Familiarity with Northgate/NEC housing management system (not essential).
Ability to commute to Nottingham and adhere to the hybrid working arrangement.
