Housing Officer

Housing Officer Location: South West Contract Length: 6 Months Pay: Negotiable Working Pattern: 1 day in office/ 2-3 days on patch / 2-3 days at home Experience Needed: Experience covering a patch dealing with Tenancy Management.
Experience dealing with ASB, Nuisance and on Patch Issues.
Knowledge of how to deal with Property issues - Voids, inspections and Repairs.
