Housing Assistant

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Housing Assistant for a housing association based in Merseyside.
The role is interim initally until 31st March 2025, paying £18.65 per hour umbrella, and offers hybrid working opportunities.The role: Be the first point of contact for any housing related queries Support the delivery of housing and compliance services, including building and estates maintenance Provide additional support to tenants when required to help sustain tenancies Conduct health and safety checks and risk assessments The person: Experience of working within social housing Able to deal with difficult customer queries/complaints and diffuse situations Excellent communication skills
