Housekeeping Attendant As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas.
Your role will involve performing a variety of cleaning tasks while adhering to company standards and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Clean and prepare guest rooms according to established procedures and standards.
Ensure the cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
Provide guest amenities in rooms, such as toiletries and other essential items.
Perform turndown service when required.
Report lost and found items according to company policy.
Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance needs.
Follow safety protocols when using cleaning products and equipment.
Requirements: Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment preferred (specify ranking of hotel if necessary).
Knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures.
Attention to detail to ensure no watermarks are left on chrome and other surfaces.
Ability to make beds with hospital corners and follow specific cleaning protocols.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Willingness to perform additional duties as required by management.
