Due to the location driving licence is essential.The Housekeepers responsibilities will include a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing, ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected in line with the 4 star standards, notify management of any damages, deficits, and disturbances, checking stock levels and replacing when required, answering customer queries/complaints efficiently and professionally, adhere to strict health & safety regulations and company policies.The Housekeeper must have strong organisational and people skills, be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and extremely customer-focused.
Previous experience in a similar role within a 4/5 star hotel is ideal for this position.
