The Role Are you the "go to" person for the latest things to do in London?
With a passion for creating memorable moments and show casing our great City, you will be part of a small but perfectly formed team helping our guests to get the most from their visit.
Helping with directions, theatre bookings, delivering luggage, booking restaurants or delivering guest amenities - every day is different, and no two guests are the same!
The "Face" of the Hotel, you will be the person our guests love to talk about, and the reason they want to return.
Please note that it will be a 4 days on 4 days off sort of concept role and it is not part of security team, but part of guest service team instead.
