We are seeking a dedicated Hire Controller to join our logistics team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of equipment rentals, ensuring smooth and efficient customer service.
Description The Hire Controller will be responsible for the following: Efficiently handling customer inquiries and orders for equipment rentals Ensuring accurate and timely processing of rental contracts and agreements Coordinating with logistics team to manage equipment availability and allocation Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all rental transactions Liaising with finance team to ensure correct invoicing Regularly reviewing processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement Complying with all company policies and relevant regulationsProfile A successful 'Hire Controller' should have: A keen understanding of retail logistics Exceptional customer service skills Strong organisational and administrative abilities Proven experience in a similar role Ability to work well in a team environment Proficiency in using modern office software and systemsJob Offer The Hire Controller will receive the following A competitive salary in the range of £24,000 - £26,000 per annum dependent on experience Generous holiday entitlement A contributory pension scheme An opportunity to join a thriving team in a well-established retail logistics company A supportive and inclusive work environmentWe encourage all qualified candidates who are passionate about retail logistics and customer satisfaction to apply
