Job Advert: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Location: Canterbury, Kent Company: Teaching Personnel Are you an experienced and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a supportive educational environment?
Teaching Personnel is seeking a motivated HLTA to join our dynamic team in Canterbury, Kent.
About the Role: As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and enhancing the learning experience of students.
Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with lesson planning and delivering engaging learning activities.
Providing support to students with diverse needs, ensuring inclusive education.
Leading small group interventions to boost student progress.
Monitoring and assessing student performance and providing feedback.
Collaborating with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
Key Requirements: HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of the UK curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
A passion for supporting student development and wellbeing.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
