We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to help inspire and guide children in their learning. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the classroom experience, from aiding teachers in lesson delivery to offering personalised support to students who need extra attention.

Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers with delivering engaging lessons, adjusting activities for diverse learning needs.
Deliver pre planned lessons for PPA cover or other teacher absences.
Provide 1:1 or small group support for students requiring additional assistance.
Track student progress, providing feedback and encouragement to boost confidence and growth.
Support the teacher in managing the classroom to maintain a positive, focused learning environment.
Foster an inclusive and supportive atmosphere where every child feels valued.
Essential Qualifications & Skills: HLTA qualification or relevant experience in a similar role.
Experience working in a school setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Capability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
