We are working a SME Civil Engineering Contractor who are looking to recruit a Commercial Manager to lead an expanding team of surveyors, estimators and buyers.
- Responsibilities: - Analysis of NEC contract to identify Risk and Opportunity - Support the business in contractual and commercial matters and to ensure that all projects attain their full commercial potential.
- Commercial responsibility for the day-to-day performance and governance of the key and high-profile projects and clients within the business - Maximise monthly valuations and variation valuations, ensure timely submission and manage assessment and approval processes.
