Hgv Class 1 Driver Days

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Nuneaton area.
We are looking for multiple HGV Class 1 Drivers (CAT C+E) to join the team.
Hours: Shifts across a 24-hour operation, Monday to Sunday (choose your own start windows).
10 hour shifts on average.
Pay Rates (2 payment options): PAYE: £150 per day midweek, £170 per day on weekends Rolled up: £168 per day midweek, £190 per day on weekends Location: Nuneaton, CV10 Job Type : Ongoing with an opportunity for permanent for the right candidate.
The role: As part of a 24/7 operation, youll be trunking trailers for major parcel companies.
Covering routes predominantly from the Northwest to Nuneaton/Rugby and Dundee etc.
Flexible start times from 16:00 onwards.
Average 10-hour shifts.
Ongoing work with the opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate.
Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service during interactions with customers.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times .
Requirements: Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C+E).
Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
A minimum of 12 months Class 1 driving experience.
Maximum of 6 penalty points on your driving licence (minor offences only).
Ability to work independently and efficiently on long-haul runs.
Reliable, professional, and committed to high safety standards Full understanding of WTD legislation.
Excellent communication skills.
