Hearing Aid Audiologist (Dunstable) Hearing Care ProfessionalDUNSTABLE, BEDFORDSHIRE, United Kingdom We are looking for a dedicated Audiologist who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to join our Amplifon branch in Dunstable.About the roleYou will be working in our store with a dedicated Sales & Customer Service Advisor, to help manage your diary and greet customers, so you can focus on delivering the best customer care.You will be dedicated exclusively to the Dunstable branch, allowing you to focus on your customers and establish a strong reputation within the local community.As the only audiologist in the store, you'll have the chance to manage each customers experience from start to finish, fostering strong relationships and providing personalised care every step of the way.Opportunity to earn commission from day one with no minimum threshold with uncapped potential earnings.£40,000 salary plus a company car or £3k car allowance.
Free trials hearing aid trials for anyone you deem to have hearing loss.You will have the full support of our UK Head Office Marketing team to help bring customers to your branch.An opportunity to move into Area Manager positions, join the training team, or work for Amplifon in a different country.
Package Basic salary based on experience Uncapped Commission with no minimum threshold Company Car Or Car Allowance of £3,000 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) Private dental & healthcare Employee benefits (discounts, savings and more) Work in a single location Potential to move into training roles, Area Manager positions or work for Amplfion in a different country.

Responsibilities Administering hearing tests, assessing client needs and informing them of the options available to them.
Providing an aftercare service in line with the Amplifon aftercare programme.
Managing the clinic with the support of a Sales & Customer Advisor including staff management.
Ensuring that the team provide a professional, courteous and high-quality service.
Delivering a positive Amplifon customer journey experience that exceeds expectations.
Act as a role model for Amplifon by developing and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders including colleagues, local community and other clinicians.
