Role Summary The firm is seeking a highly motivated Associate to join our healthcare investment team.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior investment professionals and portfolio companies to analyze investment opportunities, execute transactions, and drive value creation within our healthcare portfolio.
Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed financial analysis, including building financial models, performing valuation analyses, and conducting industry research to identify attractive investment opportunities.
Support due diligence processes for potential acquisitions, including market and competitor analysis, financial reviews, and operational assessments.
Collaborate with portfolio company management teams to drive operational improvements, strategic growth initiatives, and value creation.
Prepare and present investment memoranda and related documentation to the firm's Investment Committee.
Monitor and report on the performance of portfolio companies, including tracking KPIs, preparing quarterly reviews, and supporting exit strategies.
Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in Private Equity in a MUST!
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate investment theses and recommendations clearly.
Demonstrated interest in the healthcare industry, with a solid understanding of the key trends and dynamics in the sector.
A team player with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
MBA or CFA designation is a plus but not required.
