Job summary We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector to support our service user at night.You will be passionate about delivering the highest quality care to our service user and building positive relationships with them and their family, whilst empowering them to live as independently as possible.Meet our service userOur service user is a lady in her 20s who lives at home with her family in Nelson.She has a big passion for travelling and has recently visited Dubai, London, and France!
She loves immersing herself in diverse cultures, creating unforgettable memories, and setting herself personal goals.Enjoying a pamper night and experimenting with makeup is another favourite for our service user along with spending time with her family, friends and care team.During the night you will provide support with her personal care, repositioning, clinical observations and attending to her clinical care needs when required.
You will provide a peaceful environment to promote a restful nights sleep.
