Job summaryWe are looking for enthusiastic, skilled, friendly and kind Healthcare Assistant who have a passion for women's health, to join our team on the Emergency Gynaecology Assessment Unit and Gynaecology Inpatient Unit.We provide a twenty four hour emergency gynaecology service and admissions unit for emergency and elective admissions over seven days a week.
We have a friendly and skilled nursing team working closely with the medics who will support you to provide excellent and compassionate care.This is an interesting, varied and emotionally demanding area of nursing which is hugely rewarding and we are keen to help you develop to your full potential in this appealing role.
You will report to the registered nurses and will need excellent communication skills to engage with patients and colleagues at all levels.
You will be encouraged to broaden your skills and knowledge within the field of gynaecology and early pregnancy.We have a number of roles, full or part time.
Day shifts are seven in the morning to seven thirty in the evening and vice versa on night shifts.
