Job Structure: Part Time.
3 Night;27 hours per week Job Schedule: Night ShiftsWhat were looking for:National Vocational Qualification Level 3 in Health and Social Care or an acceptable alternative qualification.
A minimum of six months of recent care delivery experience in a Health or Social Care Environment providing care and caring for dying patients.
Be person-centred and compassionate when caring for the person and those important to them.
Ability to develop and evaluate care management plans alongside other healthcare professionals that meets the complex needs of the person, and those important to them.
Thorough understanding of the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual domains of palliative care.
Proven understanding the barriers and enablers to good communication and how challenges can be overcome.
Maintain regulatory registration requirements or any national professional or occupational standards associated with the role.
