Job summary Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust is the largest provider of children's public health nursing services in the North East of England.
We are currently recruiting Health Visitors to the County Durham 0-25 Team.
The roles are in several bases in South Durham, including Newton Aycliffe, Ferryhill and Bishop Auckland.
Full and part time hours are available.

Person Specification Qualifications, Skills and Experience Essential Specialist Community Public Health Nurse Qualification (HV) or equivalent Evidence of continuing professional development.
NMC registration Highly developed specialist knowledge relevant to working with children and families underpinned by theory.
Experience of working in multidisciplinary teams.
Desirable Evidence of Continued Professional development Nurse Prescribing Experience in leading teams in the provision of health services to children, young people and families.
