Health & Safety Officer - International Construction Leader Location: Cambridge Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE Are you ready to take your career to the next level with a globally recognized construction company?

They are now seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Officer to join their team on an exciting multi-phased residential development.
The Role As a Health & Safety Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that safety standards are upheld across the project.
This is a hands-on position, where your expertise and proactive approach will directly impact the success of the site.
Key responsibilities include: On-Site Leadership: Actively monitor site activities, address H&S issues in real-time, and foster a culture of safety.
Inductions & Training: Conduct thorough inductions for all site personnel, ensuring they understand and adhere to safety protocols.
RAMS Review: Assess and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements, ensuring they meet the highest safety standards.
Documentation Management: Maintain and monitor all H&S paperwork, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies.
Proactive Safety Monitoring: Perform regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a hands-on H&S role, ideally within the construction sector.
Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with site teams effectively.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with the confidence to tackle issues head-on.
Relevant qualifications, such as NEBOSH or equivalent.
