We're looking for an experienced SHEQ Coordinator to lead and enhance our safety systems.
Key Responsibilities Lead Safety Systems : Take ownership of our existing Health & Safety systems, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Audits & Risk Assessments : Conduct regular inspections and evaluations to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
Deliver Training : Provide effective training to staff, building a strong safety culture across the business.
Drive Improvement : Work with teams to identify and implement improvements to our SHEQ standards.
What We're Looking For Required : Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of health, safety, and quality processes.
Desirable : IOSH or NEBOSH certification.
Familiarity with SHEQ standards and regulations in manufacturing.
