This role involves providing expert guidance on manufacturing process scale-up activities and resolving siting issues, supervising the seamless transition of client ADC products into manufacturing suites, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate early-stage process development and transfer to GMP manufacture.
Additionally, the role will oversee the refinement of GMP processes, optimize material requirements, and provide support for the implementation of next-generation equipment.
This position requires strong leadership skills, self-motivation, and the ability to coach production managers in audit preparedness and execution.
The Head of Production Support will report to the Operations Director and deputize in their absence on the Senior Leadership Team.
