IAC are leading the search for a dynamic Head of Sales to join the team at Carbon Responsible.

What You'll Do: Lead and execute CR's sales strategy, driving new business across the UK and globally.
Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, putting their needs first.
Guide and support a talented team of Business Development Managers, empowering their growth.

What We're Looking For: 7+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities A collaborative, self-motivated mindset with a passion for sustainability Proven track record of closing deals and managing multiple workstreams CRM experience (HubSpot preferred), advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Carbon Responsible is a small, high-growth, innovative carbon management company whose core focus is on the measurement, reporting, management, and reduction of corporate carbon emissions.
