The role As the Head of Sales, you will drive sales growth, shape strategy, and build a high-performing team across multiple markets.
You'll leverage your experience in hospitality and rooms division sales to create and execute sales strategies that deliver results.

In this role, you will be responsible for: Sales Leadership: Lead rooms division sales, driving engagement and proactive retention strategies.
Leverage success metrics to track and report on team performance.Strategy & Planning: Define and lead the direction, strategy, budgeting, and headcount planning for the sales function.
Manage OKRs with clear milestones and timelines.Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and coach your team, creating opportunities for growth while ensuring they meet key performance targets.
Actively participate in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.Communication & Collaboration: Inspire and align the team by clearly articulating strategy and vision.
