Head of Sales - Europe Brightsmith has partnered with a leading EV Charging Manufacturer looking to expand their European market presence.
This person will be responsible for developing & leading sales efforts across all of Europe.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams' operations and strategies.
By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies.
Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies for EV Charging equipment.
Identify and grow relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders across the charging industry.
Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments.
Proactively drive all bid activity within Europe, including negotiations and contract execution.
Attend industry conferences and events across Europe.
Qualifications Experience in an EV Charging related industry, specifically the hardware manufacturing.
10 years of commercial experience required.
Strong understanding of the EV Charging landscape.
Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
Experience developing business units in new geographies.
