Working remotely located anywhere in Europe, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of this market leading company by introducing key partnerships with some of the crypto world's leading Institutional players, trading firms and brokerages.
Role Description The Head Sales will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the company's market presence whilst also being responsible for building out regional sales teams.
This role involves identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and implementing initiatives to enhance the company's competitive position.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape and Blockchain networks including a proven track record in business development and strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities Strategic Planning : Develop and execute the business development strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
Building regional teams as well as managing personal sales targets.
Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the De-Fi industry.
Partnerships : Establish and manage strategic partnerships with financial institutions, technology providers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Business Opportunities : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, products, and services.
Negotiations : Lead negotiations and closing of high-value deals, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the company.
Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, Legal, and Compliance, to support business development initiatives.
Performance Metrics : Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of business development activities.
Leadership : Build and manage a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Experience : Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development within TradFi, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Ideally will have knowledge of and a passion for fintech or the cryptocurrency industry and the ability to introduce clients and partnerships within trading, prime brokerage and institutional networks.
A general understanding of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and digital asset trading as well as a fundamental working knowledge and demonstrable sales success within a Trad-Fi environment.
