As part of our ongoing growth, we are launching a new alternative learning environment to support young people currently unable to access educational settings; initially offering our 26 Independent schools a hybrid curriculum to support our young people. This will include a varied approach of teaching including online learning, in person tuition, support to access education again, outdoor learning via our activity centres and personal development. In addition to our schools, we have a large number of Children's Residential Homes. A key part of the provision will be to work collaboratively with the residential team to ensure all young people at Keys are accessing education.
We foresee the role mainly working from home with travel to our schools across the country.
