As the Head of NPD, you will manage the end-to-end product development process, from concept ideation to market launch, ensuring timely delivery of innovative, high-quality formulations that comply with regulatory standards and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities Develop and execute the NPD strategy to align with the company's growth objectives and market positioning.
Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, regulatory, and quality assurance.
Oversee the formulation, testing, and packaging of new products, ensuring alignment with aesthetic, functional, and budgetary goals.
Manage the NPD pipeline, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Lead, mentor, and develop the NPD team, cultivating a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Ensure all product formulations comply with global regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EU Cosmetics Regulation).
Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in cosmetics product development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully launching innovative cosmetic products in the market.
Strong knowledge of cosmetic formulation, manufacturing processes, and regulatory frameworks.
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Adept at managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
