Facit Data Systems is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales/Partnerships to join our team.
The successful candidate will have the exciting opportunity to help deliver on our exciting growth ambitions through building and maintaining partnerships across Facit's suite of Analytics and Compliance Products.
The successful candidate will be a proactive and dedicated individual, with a proven track record in partnership development and management.
Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with customers/partners to ensure our solutions are relevant and compelling.
Research and target high quality partnership and relationship opportunities for Facit's Product offering across industries.
Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Ensuring smooth Product delivery across the Partner channels and supporting Technical and Business Queries.
Worth with the wider team to ensure a compelling set of products and propositions that resonate with our clients and partners Convert prospects into paying customers, leveraging our suite of Digital Platforms.
Drive Sales revenues though the further automation of the Company processes.

SAAS sales experience.
Proficient in navigating your way round the multiple stakeholders and run a highly effective customer acquisition process.
Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and represent Facit at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Identify root causes, suggest & supervise process improvements.
Establish comprehensive Customer Experience metrics to ensure we can understand & measure the 'Voice of the Customer.'
Map, develop and optimise holistic prospect journeys addressing all touchpoints across the buying process.
Desired Skills and Experience: 10 Years of demonstrable experience in the development of partnerships / strategic alliances Passion for customer centric sales.
Well-developed commercial and technical background Experience in the sale of SaaS solutions across multiple regions / markets Strong technical and communication skills Experience with any (HubSpot, SalesForce etc) CMS platform Benefits : £80,000 per year base; £120k OTE Flexible work from home policy 25 days holidays bank holidays This role would be based between the Company Offices in Milton Keynes and from home.
