Our team is focussed on using Microsoft Partner Center to enable Microsoft partners to get more out of their Microsoft relationship and are committed to supporting Microsoft partners in achieving their growth and operational goals.
Role Description The Head of Partner Acquisition will lead our efforts in attracting, securing, and onboarding new Microsoft partners.
This pivotal role will drive Noteworthy Support's business growth by building a robust pipeline of new partners and ensuring that they experience a seamless journey from initial engagement to full integration into our services.
Success in this role relies on a strategic mindset, a results-oriented approach, and an in-depth understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities • New Business Development: Proactively identify and attract new Microsoft partners, leveraging industry events, networking, and targeted outreach .
• Onboarding & Integration: Guide new partners through a comprehensive onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with Noteworthy Support's services.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong, consistent pipeline of new business, regularly tracking and forecasting potential partnerships.
Be responsible for management of opportunities through CRM.
• Relationship Building: Foster relationships with prospective partners, demonstrating Noteworthy Support's value in helping them grow within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Market Engagement: Represent Noteworthy Support at events and conferences, establishing the organisation as a leader in partner support and acquisition.
• Presentation & Communication: Confidently present Noteworthy Support's capabilities and advantages to potential partners .
Qualifications & Experience • Microsoft Ecosystem Experience: Previous experience working at Microsoft or with Microsoft partners is essential.
• Sales & Business Development Expertise: Proven track record in a business development or sales role, within the Microsoft Channel sector.
• Excellent Communicator: Strong presentation and networking skills, with the confidence to engage at industry events.
• Remote & Travel Flexibility: Ability to work remotely, with occasional travel to partner sites as required.
• Ambitious & Results-Driven: A goal-oriented mindset, with a passion for building and expanding partnerships.
