The Role of Head of New Business As Head of New Business you will take ownership of a sales team of 6 who are selling subscriptions to a highly respected, market-leading business information platform which is used by marketers across many of the world's largest companies. Clients are a mixture of marketing agencies and direct brands (across all sectors).
Responsibilities include: Driving the new business strategyManaging, coaching and motivating a team of 6 sales people (2 x SDR's and 4 x BDM's)Managing the quality, quantity and direction of the sales effort (targeting methodology, data analysis, joint meetings, improving decks and proposals, sales training etc)100% people management, coaching and developmentRequirements for this Head of New Business role: Strong sales leader/coach who is used to running new business subscriptions/SaaS teamsProven track-record of successA leader who supports their staff and staff developmentKnowledge of the marketing industry (eg how agencies work, what brand managers/CMO's do etc)Min. 6+ years new business sales experienceMin 3+ years sales management experience (within subscriptions)Strong attention to detailStable career historyIf you feel that you could be the Head of New Business that our client is looking for, please apply.
