Your Role and What You'll Be DoingThe Head of Marketing Operations will lead the operational aspects of the Business Development and Marketing team.
The team will act as a central hub, connecting our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy with data insights, streamlining processes, and ensuring compliance with GDPR.Lead the CRM strategy across the firm, ensuring effective utilisation and integration and budget management.Manage and develop the team, fostering a high-performance and compliance culture.Oversee the integration and utilisation of marketing technologies and tools, including data and tech stack management, in line with GTM strategy.Develop and monitor KPIs to measure and report the success of marketing operations.Plan, organize, and ensure cohesive operations across marketing, digital, and BD teams as a central hub.Streamline processes using insights and technology to enhance efficiency.About YouProven experience in a senior marketing operations role within a large organisation.Strong understanding of CRM systems and strategies.Expertise in digital marketing analysis and reporting.Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.Excellent project management skills.Experience with marketing technologies and tools.Understanding of market dynamics in both B2B and B2C sectors.Our Benefits - What We Can Offer You25 days holidays as standard plus bank holidays - You can 'buy' up to 35hrs of extra holiday too.Generous and flexible pension schemes.Volunteering days – Two days of volunteering every year for a cause of your choice (fully paid)Westfield Health membership, offering refunds on medical services alongside our Aviva Digital GP services.
