The Role You will be responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the company, ensuring that all operations and business transactions are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
This role is particularly complex as they sell to highly regulated financial institutions, requiring a deep understanding of the intricate legal landscape within the finance and tech sectors.
You will navigate the complexities of compliance, regulatory standards, and risk management, providing strategic legal guidance to support the company's rapid growth.
This position demands exceptional leadership and the ability to handle high-pressure situations, making critical decisions that safeguard the company's interests.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's legal framework, ensuring robust legal processes, and fostering a culture of compliance across the entire organisation.
You will cover; Commercial Contracts, Compliance, Corporate Governance, Financing, GDPR, Employment and Visa/Immigration work, as well as liaising with the businesses' panel of external lawyers.
Requirements: 5-9 PQE with experience at a Tier 1 law firm Willing to work in a demanding, entrepreneurial environment with a positive working attitude What's on offer?
