We are seeking a Head of HR UK to lead the people strategy and foster a culture of growth and excellence within their UK operations.

The Role As Head of HR UK, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, ensuring the people strategy aligns with business goals.
You will drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, talent acquisition, and cultural transformation while ensuring compliance with UK labour laws.

This is a unique opportunity to influence a dynamic, fast-paced organization and leave a lasting impact on its workforce.

Key Responsibilities Business Partnering: Collaborate with the newly appointed MD and the Global HR LT to design and deliver HR solutions for the population in the UK.
People Strategy Execution: Localize and implement global people strategies within the UK, ensuring relevance to regional needs.
Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment processes, attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to UK labour laws and manage employee relations with integrity and fairness.
Change Management: Lead cultural transformation initiatives, coaching leaders and engaging employees to drive change.
Operational Excellence: Enhance HR operations, from performance management to employee development programs.
Strategic Projects: Manage high-impact HR projects to contribute to long-term success in the UK market.
What We're Looking For This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic and hands-on HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.

About You: Experience: Minimum of 7 years in senior HR roles, with a strong generalist background and expertise in employee life cycle management.
Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and influence teams, with a track record of successfully driving change initiatives.
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of UK labour laws and experience managing employee relations in compliance-heavy environments.
Skills: Strong strategic thinking, interpersonal communication, and project management capabilities.
Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a commitment to innovation and collaboration.
Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
